KNIVO Vegetable Knife
KNIVO® makes care of carbon steel a breeze. The PTFE (Teflon)-coated blade does not need to be oiled and is very easy to keep clean. Simple rinse after use is enough.
KNIVO Uses hardened 80 CrV 2 -tool steel. It is also often used in woodworking tools such as chisels and saw blades. It is sharpened easily and guarantees an excellent cut. The hardness value is 60 HRC.
The handle is tung oil finished oak. The handle is attached with sturdy polymer molding.
Do not machine-wash. Rinse and dry with care.
