Orders are placed by adding products to cart and purchasing the content of the cart by using payment processing service. All customer data is handled confidentially. Contact information collected during checkout is used only for order processing unless otherwise stated. When placing order, you are required to have read and agreed to the current terms and conditions.
Payment and payment methods
Bambora PayForm (Paybyway Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. The Paybyway Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of the Bambora. Bambora or Paybyway Oy is shown as the payment received in the bank account listing and in the invoice. Paying with Bambora is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.
The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.

With Bambora PayForm you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a wallet, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the settings of the MobilePay application. Payment via MobilePay takes place directly from the payment card linked to MobilePay. If charging the payment from the linked card fails, MobilePay can not be used in the online shop.

Jousto invoice and part-payment is a Finnish service for making purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is for private persons having their economy in balance. With Jousto you will get 30 days time to pay without interest or expenses. After you have received an invoice, you can decide to pay it at once or in parts. You can pay our purchase in up to 36 parts, starting from 9,90 eur/month. Expenses for Jousto part-payment are 3,90 eur/month and 19,90% interest. Mash Finance Oyj (2159120-9) is a Finnish financing institution operating since 2007. Mash Finance Oyj reserves a right to review the credibility and the address information of consumers using Mash invoice or part-payment. The consumer is also requested the provide the personal id number. The credit is approved or declined based on this review.

Order and payment confirmation
After a successful placement of order, you will be delivered an order confirmation email. Receiving order confirmation messages requires entering a valid email address during checkout.
Shipment methods and -fees
Domestic shipping within Finland is handled via DB Schenker Parcel. Packages will be delivered to the pick-up point nearest to shipping address and recipient will be notified via SMS message.
Delivery times are specified during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damage caused by the delays. Exceptions in delivery times are announced on front page of the store.
Right to cancel and return policy
You have the right under the Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving. With digital content and services returns are not accepted after delivery has been started. On the return form you are required to enter your name, address, product in question and send the form via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or mailed to address below. Product(s) must be returned within 14 days of sending return notice in original condition and original packaging. Customer is responsible for return fees. Attach copy of return notice in the returned package. We reserve the right to charge for product depreciation if product has been used.

Right to return does not apply to products specifically made or modified to customer specification. The right to return does not apply to sealed products where the seal has been broken. The right to return does not apply to perishable or fast expiring products.
Uncollected deliveries are not considered as returns or cancellations. We charge all caused fees for deliveries left uncollected without notice of return.
Problems with order or delivery
If order has been damaged during shipping or it otherwise is not as ordered, you are required to contact the address disclosed under return policy within 14 days of delivery.
